Top 3 Protein Smoothies

I don't know about everyone else but I struggle getting enough protein in my diet for the amount of exercise I do. I'm not into eating chicken breast and turkey mince all day everyday so I like to try and find alternative ways to up my intake and making protein smoothies is one of my favourite. Here are my top 3 protein smoothies recipes that are really easy and tasty. 

1. Raspberry & Banana 

1 cup of frozen raspberries 
1 banana 
1/2 cup of orange juice 
1/3 cup greek yoghurt 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
1 tsp chia seeds 
water (if the smoothie is too thick) 

2. Chocolate & Peanut butter  (My FAVOURITE)

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 
2 tablespoon of peanut butter 
1 tablespoon of cacao powder 
1 tablespoon on hazelnuts or almonds 
3/4 cup of hazelnut or almond milk 

3. Greenie 

1 apple 
1 banana 
cup of spinach 
1/2 juice of lemon 
1 tsp of wheatgrass powder 
3/4 cup of almond milk 
1 tablespoon of almonds 
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
